Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate / Aadhaar Card.
Four recent passport-sized photographs (with light blue background).
Copies of Parent’s / Guardian’s Aadhaar Card / Voter ID.
Original School Leaving Certificate from previous school (if applicable).
Copy of last report card or progress transcript.
